The materials for today are:
1. Mental Health
Based on Webster Dictionary, mental is way of thinking. The characteristics of healthy mental are honest, trustworthy, fair, consistent, etc. (taken from Program Ko-kulikuler Book, LAN)
2. Information Technology
In this session, we learn about how to send an email, how to make a blog, etc.
